I hate doing the same workouts every day... Do the workouts change?
Great Question! The workouts change every trimester, and every 2 weeks within each trimester to keep your enjoyment and motivation high. 
I eat so unhealthy, will this guide help me get back on track?
Absolutely! I have a whole section dedicated to nutrition, including individual food choices that are a great fit for you and your baby.
Are there certain foods I should avoid?
First things first, you should always speak to your Doctor about what foods to avoid because every doctor has different protocols. But, there are many foods you should be very cautious of - for example: unpasteurized dairy products, raw egg yolks, etc...
Are there certain exercises I should avoid?
That's a great question. Over the course of your pregnancy, your exercise limitations will generally increase with the growth of your baby. Therefore, for example, exercises involving spinal flexion (like abdominal crunches) are to be avoided to reduce the risk of diastasis recti. You may have heard of the term "coning," my program is designed to avoid all unnecessary risks to you and your baby, while ensuring optimal health and fitness.
